In Oral Rehabilitation, when doing implants in the maxilla we usually find some issues putting the implants to obtain a fixed prosthetic. This deficit in both quality and quantity of bone is often found in a long-standing periodontal disease (gums) that has caused a progressive loss of bone, or in patients with total tooth prosthesis whose direct load causes atrophy of the maxilla even until the patient is not able to hold the prosthesis in their mouth causing problems of confidence.
